Ascend Global Network ("ASCEND," "we," "us") is a ministry network operated under Jeremy Gibson Enterprises, LLC, based in Suwanee, Georgia. This policy covers ascendnetwork.global and the information you submit through it. You can reach us at info@ascendnetwork.global.
2. What we collect
What you give us. If you contact us or apply, we collect what you choose to provide:
- Contact details: name, email, phone, city and state or region, and country.
- Your ministry: church or ministry name, website and social links, title, years of service, size, structure, governance, and credentials.
- Your story and convictions: your calling, your answers about doctrine, covering, and the prophetic.
- Your household and character: answers about marriage, family, rest and health, accountability, past discipline or removal, and legal, tax or financial matters, to the extent the application asks and you choose to answer.
- References: the names, titles, organizations, emails, and phone numbers of the people you list.
- Documents you upload, your electronic signature, and the date you submit.
- Notes from discovery conversations with our leaders.
What the website collects automatically. Our website and form platforms may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you visit.
3. Information about other people
If you give us a reference or name your spouse, you confirm that you have their permission to share their details with us. We use those details only to confirm your application and to contact your references. We do not add them to our email lists.
4. Sensitive information
Some application answers are sensitive, especially those about marriage, family, character, finances, and past accountability. We treat them this way:
- Access is limited to Apostle Jeremy Gibson and the ASCEND council of elders.
- We use them only to discern whether and how to walk in covenant with you.
- We never publish them, and we do not share them with other houses in the network.
- Some questions are optional, and we say so on the form.
5. How we use your information
- To review applications and discuss covenant partnership.
- To contact your references and schedule discovery conversations.
- To send ASCEND updates and resources, with a way to opt out.
- To keep the website running, secure, and improving.
- To meet legal obligations and keep records of covenant agreements.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the ministry, such as website hosting, form and contact-management, email, scheduling, and video-call platforms, and when the law requires it. These providers may process your information only to provide their service to us.
7. The family map
The map on this site shows covenant houses. A house appears only after its leaders agree to be listed. Listing shows the church name, leaders' names, city, links, and a photo they provide. To be removed or changed, email us and we will update the site promptly.
8. How long we keep it
Applications that do not move forward are deleted within 90 days of our decision. Records of covenant houses and covenant agreements are kept indefinitely, because the law may require us to produce them. You can ask us to delete other information sooner, subject to anything the law requires us to keep.
9. Email
If you give us your email address we may write to you about your application and about ASCEND. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly.
10. Cookies
Our website platforms may use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
11. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls on application data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
12. Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@ascendnetwork.global. Deleting an application ends its review.
13. Children
This website and the application process are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
14. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
