Why ASCEND Exists

Even those who carry governmental grace need someone over them. Isolation is not authority. The most dangerous leader is the one with a title and no covering. Accountable to no one, submitted to nothing.
Covering Is Not Control
Real apostolic covering does not diminish your assignment. It protects it. Someone who knows your family, your weak spots, and your calling. Praying over decisions before you make them, not after they unravel.
You Need a Covenant House
ASCEND is not a network of ministry peers. It is a covenant family of proven leaders. Walking together in consecration, accountability, and the shared conviction that the Church is worth everything.

Character before calling. Consecration before visibility. We are building a house that endures. Not a highlight reel. Not a season. A house that holds under decades.
The Five Offices
Built for those
Jesus commissioned.
Ephesians 4:11 was not a suggestion. Jesus gave the Church five offices. Not for display, but for the equipping of the saints and the building of His body. ASCEND exists for leaders who carry one of these offices and take that calling seriously.
If you are an apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, or teacher, and you are building without proper covering, accountability, or covenant family. This network was built for you.

Jesus gave five offices for the equipping of the saints. ASCEND fully embraces all five. We believe no local church or ministry reaches its full stature without each office functioning in its proper measure. We do not sideline the prophetic or the apostolic here.

ASCEND is a covenant family of senior pastors and fivefold leaders committed to the presence of God above all else. We exist to equip pastors and churches to steward the awe of God and lead presence-driven movements. This is not a network, denomination, or membership organization. This is covenant relationship. We do not build platforms. We build altars.
Who is ASCEND for?
ASCEND is for senior pastors and fivefold leaders who have been in their role for at least one year and are hungry for the presence of God above all else. If you refuse to trade purity for platform, value family over fame, and want to walk with leaders who burn with the same fire, ASCEND may be for you. We also welcome church planters on a case-by-case basis and international leaders from any nation.
What is the difference between Covering and Alignment?
ASCEND offers two ways to walk in covenant with us:
- Apostolic Covering is a governmental relationship. You are placing yourself under apostolic authority, receiving direct counsel on major decisions and accountability that carries weight. For those called to apostolic or prophetic function, covering provides a pathway to commissioning.
- Apostolic Alignment is a relational partnership. You walk in covenant family with peer accountability and shared resources, without formal governmental authority over your ministry.
- Both are honored. Both receive the same community benefits. If you are unsure which is right for you, we will discuss it on your discovery call.
What do I receive as an ASCEND partner?
All covenant partners receive: monthly leadership calls (second Thursday at 12pm EST), access to the Resource Vault with teachings and tools, invitation to our annual summit, covenant family connection with like-minded leaders, soul care, and crisis support when difficulty comes. Leaders who choose Covering also receive direct access to Apostle Jeremy for counsel on major decisions and a pathway to commissioning.
How do I join ASCEND?
Start by completing the Interest Form on our website. Our team will review your responses within 7 business days. If ASCEND seems like a potential fit, you will receive an email to schedule a Discovery Call with Apostle Jeremy. This is a heart-to-heart conversation where we discern together. If both parties sense alignment, you will receive the Welcome Packet and Covenant Agreement for your chosen track.
Is there a financial commitment?
Yes. Covenant partnership includes financial partnership. There is a one-time alignment seed and an ongoing monthly partnership. This is not a fee for services. It is covenant seed that reflects your agreement to build together. Specific amounts are shared during the discovery call.
Does joining ASCEND mean my church is under ASCEND's authority?
No. Your church maintains full legal and operational autonomy. ASCEND does not own, govern, or control your local church. The covenant is spiritual and relational in nature. You retain full authority over your ministry. Even leaders in the Covering track are not giving up leadership of their church. They are inviting apostolic input into major decisions.
Can I switch between Covering and Alignment?
Yes. The door between tracks remains open. As relationships deepen and trust is established, you may move from Alignment to Covering through conversation and mutual recognition. You may also move from Covering to Alignment if your season changes. This is honored, not penalized. The goal is right fit, not forced fit.
What if I am already part of another network?
We honor existing relationships. If you are currently under covering elsewhere, we want to understand what is prompting the shift and whether you have had honest conversations with your current leadership. We are not interested in pulling people away from existing alignments. But we also know there are seasons when a transition is right and necessary.
What if ASCEND is not the right fit after I join?
Either party may conclude the covenant relationship at any time with written notice. If you choose to leave ASCEND, we will honor your decision, bless your journey, and release you with prayer. There is no penalty for departure. Only gratitude for the season we walked together.
